PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) expanded their heap leach operations which included a new ILS / PLS Facility. BMS was engaged by PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) for the design, supply and installation of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control System works for the new intensive leach solution (ILS) and pregnant leach solution (PLS) ponds and associated pumping equipment.    

SCOPE

• Detailed design electrical, instrumentation and control system engineering deliverables.
• Detailed design, supply and development of the processing plant PLC & SCADA using Allen Bradley Control Logix Hardware and Factory Talk SCADA package.
• Procurement of electrical, instrumentation and control system equipment and delivery to site. 
• Installation of complete electrical high voltage (20kV) overhead power line, 20kV Substation and low voltage systems including LV switch rooms, electrical equipment and electrical reticulation.
• Installation of instrumentation, communication and control systems equipment. 
• Pre-commissioning, dry commissioning and wet commissioning assistance.
• As-Built drawings and documentation.
