Job Description

Develop and maintain Company HSE Management Systems and Policies to ensure maintenance of the current ISO 9001 : 2015, 14001 : 2015, 45001 : 2018 certification.
Managing relationship with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization complies with local and international regulations and standards.
Developing and monitoring perfomance indicators for the organization to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
Generating assessment documentation, incident and accident reports, and health and safety manuals.
Conducting risk assessments and creating strategies to reduce the risks to the organization, employees, and the environment.
Conducting investigations and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and proposing corrective actions.
Monitor and report Company HSE perfomance and establish / carry out corrective and preventive action for identified deviations.
Ensuring all employees, contractors and vendors on site have a requisite level of compliant safety training resulting in them having a high degree of hazard awareness.
Support Project Managers / Construction Managers / Safety Supervisors in the HSE Management Systems, Policies and Guidelines.
Identify and deliver employee training needs in relation to health and safety.
Setting a zero-tolerance health and safety culture.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred with HSE Background).
Must have 10 years of working experience as a Safety Manager or similar
Good knowledge of Safety and Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management System Development, Risk Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Safety Operation.
Knowledge and experience in the field of HSE management ( engineering or construction ) preferably in the field of Electrical and Instrumentation construction.
Having knowledge of Indonesian and International HSE legislation and requirements, including SMK3, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 management systems standards and certifications.
Have a safety license or certificate or similar (Ahli K3 UMUM)
Strong leadership, communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Position will be Head Office Jakarta based however must be willing to travel to project sites.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Technical diploma or degree in related engineering subject
Minimum five years experience with control systems programming
Must have previous experience with Allen Bradley ControlLogix and Rockwell Automation Factory Talk Software
Candidates having Rockwell Automation PlantPAX experience would be preferred.
Good understanding of control system communication systems, industrial protocols, IT systems and the likes
Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve results.
Able to communicate in English both oral and written
Prepared to work on project sites to support BMS construction teams with control system component installations.
