PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) upgraded the Detox facility at the existing Tujuh Bukit Gold Project Operations consisting of a new Detox Clarifier and associated support services. BMS was engaged by PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) to provide engineering services for the integration of new control system hardware and software into the existing Tujuh Bukit ADR Control System.   

SCOPE

• Develop new SCADA screen for the existing Control System using Rockwell Automation Factory Talk package.
• Intergrade new control system hardware into the existing control system architecture.
• Develop new PLC Programming for the existing Control System using Allen Bradley ControlLogix Hardware
• Incorporate new vendor packages into the existing Control System.
• New PLC Processor configuration and installation
• Pre-commissioning, dry commissioning and wet commissioning assistance.
• As-Built PLC & SCADA program back-ups.
