PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) expanded Gold production capacity of the Tujuh Bukit Operations with heap leach irrigation capacity and ADR process plant expansions. BMS was engaged by PT Bumi Suksesindo (BSI) for the design, supply and installation of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control System works for ADR process plant expansion including a second Carbon in Column (CIC) train, new scavenger circuit, detox clarifier, detox filter, heap leach reticulation booster station and associated support infrastructure.   

SCOPE

• Detailed design electrical, instrumentation and control system engineering deliverables.
• Detailed design, supply and development of the processing plant PLC & SCADA using Allen Bradley Control Logix Hardware and Factory Talk SCADA package. 
• Procurement of electrical, instrumentation and control system equipment and delivery to site. 
• Installation of complete electrical low voltage systems including modifications to existing LV switch room, electrical equipment and electrical reticulation. 
• Installation of instrumentation, communication and control systems equipment. 
• Pre-commissioning, dry commissioning and wet commissioning assistance. 
• As-Built drawings and documentation.
